At Brick + Mortar Seattle, we want you to love your curated fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Seattle team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
